“The quiet is my enemy….I miss the banging of the dish machine. The music from the kitchen staff blaring so loud I can’t concentrate. The hustle and bustle of turning the ballroom from a classroom for 400 to a wedding in 2 hours. The question of where am I going to find 400 wine glasses on a Saturday night because we missed the fact that the wedding had wine service. The expressions on the newly married couples faces when they see the months of planning come together. The pride I feel when my team pulls it all together. Most of all I miss human interaction!"
